Return & Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the terms below, following UK consumer protection laws.

Eligibility

Your rights depend on the type of issue:


1. Change of Mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

For most products purchased online:

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, email confirmation, or invoice) is required.

Important Notes (Based on International Suppliers):

  • As many items ship directly from suppliers such as AliExpress or Temu internationally, return shipping may be costly or impractical.

  • In many cases, and depending on the item’s value, a refund without return may be offered at our discretion if returning the product is not feasible.


2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

If the product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described:

  • You are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

  • You may also choose a replacement when available.

  • Photo or video evidence may be required due to supplier verification proces

  • Refund Process

    Once your case is approved:

    • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

    • For low-value items, a refund without returning the product may be provided, depending on supplier policy.


    Late or Missing Refunds

    If your refund has not arrived:

    1. Check with your bank or card issuer — processing times vary.

    2. Verify that the refund confirmation was received.

    3. Contact us so we can assist with the payment provider.


    Non-Refundable or Restricted Items

    In line with UK law and international supplier policies, the following items cannot be returned due to change of mind:

    • Personal care items

    • Intimate or sanitary goods

    • Earrings and piercing jewellery

    • Beauty products that have been opened

    • Digital downloads

    • Customised or personalised items

    • Items marked as non-returnable by the manufacturer or supplier

    • Perishable goods

    However, if any of these items arrive faulty or damaged, you still have the right to a remedy.


    Example

    If you receive a damaged watch:

    • We will request photos/videos for verification (required by international suppliers).

    • Once confirmed, you may receive a full refund or replacement within 30 days.

    • If the watch was custom engraved, it cannot be returned due to change of mind, but may still be refunded if faulty.
